Overall it wasn't the best experience. The property staff overall was fine except for one message that was sent to me. The listing makes it seem as if you have the whole space to yourself but actually it's a room with a shared common area. The TV in the room and wi-fi didn't work. We asked several times for help from the on site staff but they weren't able to fix the issues so we didn't get to use either the tv or the wifi.

Dear Geni, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We have taken note of the issue with the listing's description and will make sure to clarify it to future guests to avoid any misunderstandings. As for the TV and Wi-Fi not working, our team is currently working on fixing these issues to ensure they are resolved promptly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay. Best regards, GuestReady Team
