The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a twin, and a single with en-suite, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear decked area with furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. EV charging point available. Sorry no smoking. WiFi, electric power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles and the beach in 0.6 miles. Shorelands is a wonderful base for enjoying Cornwall’s shoreline. Note: Whilst the property is single-storey, there are steps up, leading to the bedrooms. The South West Coast Path, a 630-mile trail, passes through the community of Polzeath and features a number of small stores, cafes, and eateries. The well-known market town of Wadebridge, which is located just over seven miles away and is situated along the River Camel, provides a variety of stores, pubs, and restaurants in addition to North Cornwall's only family-run movie theatre. The hamlet is surrounded by beautiful landscape, and the neighbouring town of Padstow is well worth visiting because of its harbour, pastel-washed mediaeval homes, and acclaimed restaurants.
