The Mustard Pot is a beautifully-refurbished, stylish two-bedroom holiday cottage situated on Salt Pie Lane, a pedestrian ginnel just off the main street of Kirkby Lonsdale, literally a stone's throw from the shops, restaurants and cafes and a great choice of pubs.
Many of the building's original features have been thoughtfully preserved, including the stone walls, wooden beams, and stone lintels, to provide a contemporary mix of old and new. With lovely decoration and quality furnishings, this cottage is an excellent choice for your next self-catering holiday in Kirkby Lonsdale.
The ground floor comprises a welcoming entrance hall that leads to the stairs and the open plan living room with comfy sofas, a fabulous log-burning fire and a dining table to the side of the room for the nights you wish to dine in. The surprisingly large kitchen, fitted with high-spec cupboards and integrated appliances, leads off the living room.
Head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the two double bedrooms and the walk-in shower room, again decorated and furnished to a high standard. Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted smart TV and plenty of clothes storage
A secure, lockable, stone-built hut directly opposite the property is perfect for storing your bicycles or hanging your walking gear after a day out exploring.

Bedroom 2 - King-size double bed, original wood flooring, cupboard storage, wall-mounted Freeview smart TV, dual-aspect windows.
Shower room - Walk-in shower cubicle, toilet, basin and a heated towel rail.
Outside
Patio area (shared) with outside chairs.
Secure, weatherproof shed, suitable for storing bicycles or walking gear.

Infants are welcome but note that there are no stair gates, and a travel cot and high chair aren't provided. Please bring these with you if required.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast fibre WiFi Internet are included.
A starter supply of logs, kindling, and firelighters are provided, usually sufficient for the first night. Additional firewood can be purchased from Booths supermarket, less than a 10-minutes walk away.
One parking permit is provided to allow you to park for free in any of the four Pay and display car parks in Kirkby Lonsdale, less than 100m away.
The second floor of the cottage is locked storage and isn't accessible to guests.
