Our Story Cottage near Longhoughton, Northumberland sleeps six in three bedrooms.

New addition: April 2022. Our Story offers a coastal retreat ideal for lovers of the outdoors, situated in the village of Boulmer. While only two minutes walk from the beach, the bungalow also offers a large enclosed garden to extend your activities. A cosy living space, complete with a log burner fire, provides a haven to retreat into after a day outdoors, creating coastal perfection for any holiday maker.

ACCOMMODATION:

Kitchen with fridge freezer, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, leading to dining area with dining table and seating for 6 and double doors into the garden.

Living room with 2 sofas, TV and log burner.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed and sofa for bird watching.

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 (small step up) with a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower over head, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Main bathroom with bath and shower over head, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

OTHER FACILITIES

Externally there is parking to the front for 2 cars and a small garden area. To the rear there is a large enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area. Spacious entrance porch. New electric heating throughout. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 dogs welcome.

The village is known or its stunning sandy beach, an idyllic setting for a seaside walk, and offers a selection of attractions including easy access to the historic Howick Hall Gardens & Arboretum, the Ratcheugh, and coastal walks. Dining options include The Bathing House and The Running Fox, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Just outside of the village you can find the lovely seaside town of Alnmouth with its picturesque beach, eateries, and the close by Warkworth Castle.
