Our Four Bedroom Eco-Home is located at the top of Bear Road and is the perfect place to stay.
Just outside of the hustle and bustle of busy Brighton but close enough to reach all the local hot spots including the center of Brighton, the Pier and Kemp town.
Our home boasts a large Kitchen/Living room where the whole family can hang out with a pull down Air Hockey table for hours of play.
We have a cozy projector Bedroom to watch movies in with a large bean bag so everyone can join!
The space
Lower Floor
This Four Bedroom home consists of an open plan Kitchen/Living room with a dining table seating up to 8. There is a smart TV where you can watch your favorite streaming sites(Log in not supplied) and a double sofa bed which provides an extra sleeping space. The lounge backs onto a Yard/Garden which is split between two levels.

Garden
There is Decking area as you exit the double doors in the living room and a lower shingled floor which hosts a large table for alfresco Dining.

Entrance Floor
The first floor that you enter has a large shower and toilet room as well as a single bedroom with a spare mattress if need (Great for an additional Child sleeping space making the space sleep up to 10) and Large Double Bedroom which includes a projector for you to use. This double room also has a large set of speakers and a bean bag so that more guests can enjoy a movie in great comfort! The projector requires a HDMI link so you will need to bring you own device to connect to it in order to watch something. The cable is supplied at the house however regrettably we cannot supply the laptop.

Top Floor
The top floor has another Bathroom/Toilet with a Bathtub and one small double Bedroom. There is a large double along the hall which also includes a desk (or dressing table).
This top floor has some great views out into Brighton and you can watch the sunrise/sunset from here.

Parking
The parking is permitted in this area between the times of 10-11 and 5-6 Monday to Friday and road parking is first come first serve.There is space for 1 car on the driveway of the Property. We advise where you can you try to only bring the 1 car.

Accessibility
This house has two sets of stairs that are necessary to get to the different points of the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property but we do ask you not to use the outside area for socializing between the hours of 9.30pm-8am to ensure noise is kept to a minimum for the neighbours.
Other things to note
We do not allow parties at the property and ask you to respect the home and belongings as if they were your own to ensure all out guests have a comfortable stay.
