There were numerous issues with our stay. First, the property owner overcharged us by taking an amount rounded up to the nearest pound despite our invoice clearly showing a lesser amount. Also because the charge didn't show on my statement as from "Vrbo", I didn't know what it was. I contacted the property owner who confirmed it was for our stay, but didn't answer either me or Vrbo support when asked about the overcharge. We went forward anyway and arrived at the property. The email instructions for check-in I received stated we were in a studio apartment, even though the listing says it's a one-bedroom. When we got inside, it was a grey studio and clearly not the listed property with bright white and orange colors in the pictures. It's impossible for me to review the listed property because we did not stay in it as the owner put us in the wrong one, and as a result, we did not have several ammenities listed in the posting available to us during our stay. The only reasons this is two stars instead of one is the owner made good on a promise to refund 50% of our charge for the "reservation mix-up" (I've received the refund), and the on-site man (apparently not the owner) who helped us figure out how to set up the extra bed and liaised with the owner about the mix-up was very kind.
