Whether you like to cook or bake, or just love that perfect cup of coffee in the morning, the Small open planned kitchen fits everyone. Equipped with a washing machine, a 2- stove top, Microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, a sink and cabinets to store all your toiletries and more. A sink and a lit-up mirror.
Leading up to the bed space is a King bed with a hotel standard orthopaedic mattress fit for royalty and comfort for that peaceful night’s rest! Beside tables with modern lamps for those who like dim lights or love reading in bed.
The living room has a sofa for those who adore Netflix and Nap. A Large 58-inch smart TV with high-speed internet… trust the Netflix will be as seamless as you can see from the balcony overlooking views such as The MARINA DOCK, The ATLANTIS, and BURJ AL ARAB.

Our valuable guests will have access to an outdoor pool located on the 1st floor and a fully equipped gym on the rooftop with open hours from 10 AM to 10 PM. BLACK Box gym is also under the building which is payable.
Residences also are eligible for a 20% Discount at Ella’s Restaurant by presenting their access card or simply mentioning Airbetter Holiday homes and your apartment number. Do try out their cocktails and lunches, they are delightful. Also, a Japanese and a bar for your convenience in the same building.
