This villa has spacious outdoor living area, fully fenced with a porch to the rear of the property leading to your own private pool.
The outdoor space is a tropical haven of plants and a pretty rockery, in which to enjoy alfresco dining cooked on the bbq.
There is plenty of room to park your car off road.
The front door leads to a bright, airy open plan living / dining and kitchen area.
To the side is full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The third bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase which has its own private bathroom and door to the outside balcony,
Where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Mitten in Noord befindet sich dieses Ferienhaus. Divi Golf and Beach Resort ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Eagle Beach und Palm Beach. Du möchtest deinen Aufenthalt in der Stadt mit dem Besuch eines spannenden Events oder einer Sportveranstaltung aufpeppen? Dann schau doch einmal hier vorbei: Omnibus Tennis oder Complejo Deportivo Guillermo Próspero Trinidad. Beim Jetskifahren, beim Schnorcheln und beim Parasailing finden Wasserratten in der Nähe genug Abenteuer rund ums kühle Nass.

We love the laid back, happy vibes of Aruba, which we fell in love on our first visit. The locals are so welcoming and friendly.
You can relax on one of the many beaches or go full on action packed stay. The choice is yours !!!

Although our house is situated in a quiet area,
There a a few bars, local stores and patisserie all in less than 5 minute walk.
A 15 mins walk will find you at some lovely restaurant's our favourite being Bingos. Popular with tourists, Dutch and locals as is the 080 bar.
I would recommend hiring a car to explore further afield.
The beautiful beaches are breathtaking. As the island is not very large your never far from the beaches,

If you do not wish to hire a car, you can of course use the local bus service. As we are situated less than a 1 minute walk to one of the main roads.
I haven’t used the bus service, so I cannot give any thoughts of this.
Cabs can be called via what’s app if you wish to be taken somewhere but again this can be a little pricey.
Beaches, bars, eateries,casinos are all less than a 10/20 minute drive depending on the beach etc.
baby beach is further away as it’s at the far end of the island.
California lighthouse is 10/15 mins by car. A must to watch the sunset.
Or you can simply sit on your own private balcony and enjoy the sunset.
