"Il Belpoggio Su Todi" (der schöne Hügel über Todi - ein Name, der den Blick auf Todi und die umliegende Landschaft hervorheben soll) ist ein Anwesen, umgeben von einem Garten, einem Olivenhain, einem Wald und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht.

Es wurde vor kurzem vollständig renoviert, wobei die typisch umbrische Architektur erhalten blieb und lokale Materialien verwendet wurden - Terrakottaböden, Naturstein an den Außenwänden und antike Dachziegel.

Jedes Detail ermöglicht es Ihnen, die warme Erfahrung eines italienischen Landhauses mit allen Annehmlichkeiten zu genießen, einschließlich eines spektakulären Infinity-Pools, in dem Sie sich im Sommer abkühlen können.

1) GRÖSSERE VILLA (GV)

Il Casale Grande (Große Villa) ist eine 340 Quadratmeter große Villa, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt und Platz für 9 Personen bietet.

Es gibt ein schönes 120 Quadratmeter großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, in dem Sie sich entspannen, gemeinsam essen oder vor dem monumentalen Kamin lesen können.

Sie werden eine typische umbrische Steinküche genießen, 30 Quadratmeter groß, voll ausgestattet und mit eigenem Kamin.

Die Schlafräume befinden sich alle im ersten Stock und sind wie folgt aufgeteilt:

- 3 Doppelschlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad,
- 1 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Bad (+ 1 angrenzendes Einzelschlafzimmer).

Zwischen den Schlafzimmern befindet sich ein kleiner Aufenthaltsraum.

2) KLEINERE VILLA (SV)

Sehr ähnliche Eigenschaften wie die des Casale Grande, nur kleiner.

Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im zweiten Stock und sind wie folgt aufgeteilt:

- 3 Doppelschlafzimmer,
- 1 Einzelzimmer
- 2 Bäder (+ 1 im Erdgeschoss)

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich neben dem Bad auch das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, das Esszimmer und die Küche mit Kamin.

3) WESTFLÜGEL (WW)

Er grenzt an die Große Villa an und befindet sich im ersten und zweiten Stock.

Er umfasst:

- 4 Doppelschlafzimmer,
- 2 Bäder,
- eine Küche mit einem Panoramabalkon,
- ein Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit Kamin.

Hochzeitsreise

Unsere Hochzeitsreise mit Familie und Freunden, hätte nicht besser sein können. Die gesamte Anlage einfach wunderbar. Wir konnten gemeinsam Kochen und Essen, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit Badezimmer. Der Pool, die Liegen, Spielsachen waren super für die Unterhaltung am Tag. Herzlicher und freundlicher kann man nicht vom Betreiber betreut werden. Vielen Dank !

Besser als die Bilder versprechen

Das Objekt ist in einem perfekten Zustand, äußerst sauber und der Gastgeber Federico ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren alle geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder pro Zimmer angenehm und komfortabel. Der Pool, die Aussenanlage und die Terrasse waren so gemütlich, dass wir die gut ausgestattete Küche gerne genutzt haben und nur wenig in Restaurants gegangen sind. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig, weshalb man auch zum Einkaufen das Auto benötigt und 10 Minuten Fahrzeit einplanen muss. Wir waren wahnsinnig zufrieden und sind glücklich abgereist. Wer gerne einen Luxusurlaub abseits vom touristischen Trubel der Stadt und der Meereslagen erleben will, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir waren 4 Familien mit 5 Kindern und hatten mehr als genug Platz.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful time at Federico place. The house and complex are amazing, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. We went there with our large family and everyone (age range from 12 to 90!) was happy and pleased about our choice. The house is situated on a quiet hill with breathtaking views toward Todi and the surrounding landscape. The pool was super clean and refreshing. Federico had everything organized and set up when we arrived. The house and it's organisation (rubbish disposal, electricity, appliances....) was easy to understand. All was very well organised. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything, Federico. :)

Perfect location for a friends & family 50th birthday celebration week. Stunning views, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of communal areas for dining and relaxation. Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit.

We spent a magical week with our family of 16 at Il Belpoggio Su Todi, enjoying the spacious homes and large rooms with their wonderful views.The shared spaces are comfortable and roomy.The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare excellent meals for the family.We loved sitting outside, soaking in the scenery, and refreshing ourselves in the beautiful pool.Although we had planned many excursions, it was so pleasant at the house that we spent most of our time there.The trip to the city for shopping was easy, with a wide selection available.Federico was attentive and kind, meeting us upon arrival and helping with any questions, including making restaurant reservations.We highly recommend this place.

Bel Poggio Su Todi was Wonderful

My family and I stayed at the property for one month. Our children came and went, staying at different times with us. The property had plenty of room for 20 people. It was a beautiful property and the scenery was fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching them. It was a great base for visiting towns in the area. Federico arranged for the preparation of a meal by Laura Zaffarami and her crew, and they did a wonderful job. We would recommend the villa to anyone.

What an absolutely idyllic place to spend a week! We were 5 families; 10 adults and 11 kids between the ages of 2-10. We had TONS of space; we congregated for dinner at the main kitchen, but the multiple villas and kitchens allowed for extra food storage and calmer breakfasts/lunches. The pool was lovely - unheated, but kids didn't care! The views were spectacular. It was so quiet and peaceful. Federico (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. He spent a couple of nights on the property, but he was respectful of our space and only came around if we called him to come help with anything. And the nearby town of Todi was utterly charming and convenient.

Gorgeous Home, Unforgettable Views

Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!

Gorgeous villa and amazing host

Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

"Simply Magnificent" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Il Belpoggio Villa is a stunning property nestled on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside. The villa has been meticulously renovated over a decade, ensuring every detail is perfect. We hosted our wedding at Il Belpoggio with 20 guests, including couples, singles, and a young teenager. The property was spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool is fantastic, it's quite deep at one end, perfect for hot summer days. The rooms are comfortable, with a mix of larger and smaller options. The main house features a magnificent lounge area, perfect for chilling out, chatting, and watching TV. The stone construction keeps the rooms cool during the summer. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and there's a barbecue outside for those who wish to use it. Words can't fully capture the beauty of this place. The pictures do some justice, but being there is on another level. The views are stunning from every angle. If you appreciate peace, tranquillity, beautiful countryside, and historic buildings, this place won't disappoint. The pool is great fun when the weather is nice. The host, Federico, is fantastic and always ready to help. He stays on-site the first night to ensure everything is okay and is only a WhatsApp message away if needed. Our guests, who are well travelled, came from all over the world and absolutely loved it. We all cannot wait to come back one day! One important note is the extremly strict recycling rules in this region.

The most perfect wedding week

We had the most beautiful wedding week at Federico’s home. We had 22 of our family members come and celebrate our wedding with us. The home was so spacious and comfy for everyone. Federico got us in contact with his favorite wedding vendors and they were all amazing. The pictures don’t do the proper justice! The town Todi itself is so lively with the best food and drinks. I would stay here again no doubt in the future. We had the most magical wedding celebration and our family can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Federico!

22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

Idealic, centrally located villa with beautiful views

I have visited Italy 3 times in the last 5 years. We have rented 4 villas. This is a wonderful property! Siamo rimasti li per 10 giorni. (10 day stay-3 generations, 10 -people). We rented all 3 homes. Federico was an extremely gracious host, solicitous, but respectful of our privacy. He stayed 1 night when we checked in and was available when needed him but otherwise let us enjoy our time together. Todi is a great location. The town has surprisingly good restaurants. The property is in the hills of Umbria but groceries, 2 cafes and the city of Todi were all within a 12 minutes drive. We took 6 day trips, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. All were less than 1 hour’s drive. Rome airport was 1 hour 45 minutes. The pool is great. The houses are immaculate and well appointed. The views are to die for. They are all air conditioned but the temperatures at night in the hills made it mostly unnecessary. I fully recommend the property. I hesitated to review it as its a bit too precious to share.

I knew this place was special as soon as I saw the listing. I stayed here with my family and friends for my wedding, which was also hosted at the property. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice, the view and serenity of the place are unmatched. Federico was excellent to communicate with and I had MANY questions throughout the process. The property was spotless. Todi the nearby town was absolutely charming. Our stay at Il Belpoggio feels like the most beautiful dream I wish I could relive. Thank you Federico!

Beautiful and marvelous villa and property!

This place is really beautiful! The buildings are renovated farmhouses, with fully equipped kitchens and rooms. We were 8 couples spending vacation together, and there was more than enough space for all. We all had separate bedrooms with double beds, and there was plenty of space for all to sit together during breakfast, lunch and dinner, both inside and outside. Lovely outdoor areas with a large infinity pool. Availability of new sunbeds and also a pergola where we could enjoy both the sun and the availability of some shade during the hot and sunny days. Il Belpoggio Su Todi is strategically located, with only a short drive to Todi city centre. Very convenient. We also had some great walkabouts in the area around the villa, around the green hills with olive trees and beautiful views. The owner of the property was really nice and very service minded. Perfection!

This was without doubt the best place we've ever vacationed. The villas are superbly located with a magnificent view of the hilltop town of Todi - a view we never tired of looking at. They are beautifully appointed, and a delight to spend time in. Really, there was nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. Communication with our host, Federico, was perfect and he could not have been more helpful, with recommendations for other places to stay in Italy, and to visit locally. He even arranged a birthday cake for one of our party on our first night. We had a wonderful time at Belpoggio Su Todi and look forward to returning one day. Thank you Federico.

Summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. From the very beginning of booking, Federico was very helpful with information and guidance. When we arrived, Federico was helpful in every way and the same upon departure. The House and surroundings were fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool. The surrounding villages were all worth a visit and the drive not too long for us.

Wonderful Umbrian home away from home!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful our experience at Belpoggio was! We rented all three residences there with 20 people, with our main dining and family activities enjoyed in the main building. The lovely hills, the charming city of Todi in the distance, and the beautiful sunflowers and olive trees greeted us each morning as we enjoyed breakfast outside! Our host, Federico, was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants, answering our many questions, and providing us information about our villa and its surroundings. He recommended our wonderful chef Laura for a magnificent pranzo to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and a surprise engagement! Belpoggio is not far from the many activities Umbria has to offer. We rented e-bikes in Orvieto, visited wineries, went to a charming zoo, spent a day kayaking and paddle boarding at Lake Trasimeno, and ate marvelous meals and gelati in Todi! One group even enjoyed a day trip to Rome, taking a train there from nearby Orvieto. Adults and children alike cooled off in the pool for morning and afternoon swims. Belpoggio’s kitchen was very well stocked for doing our own cooking and the local supermarket outside of Todi had everything we needed! Tante grazie, caro Federico, for hosting our family for an unforgettable Umbrian vacation. It was truly the trip of our lifetime!

Summer vacation 2023 - memories for life

We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Thank you for many good memories!
