Beautiful holiday home sleeping a total of 8 guests. With a private heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and cosy outdoor cabin. Located in a rural location on the stunning Pentney Lakes Holiday Park in Norfolk. Platinum Deluxe rated.

This unique property boasts a large garden with private heated outdoor swimming pool, luxury hot tub (max 6 guests) and outdoor play area for children. Bespoke to the property there is an amazing summer house featuring a BBQ, perfect to enjoy a one-of-kind dining experience for a special occasion. Relax in the enclosed garden igloo with it's own portable screen and projector, for watching movies outside! There is also a separate GeoDome Massage room with a massage chair for guests to use.

ROKIS LODGE
Beautifully decorated holiday accommodation with double glazing, central heating. With spacious outside garden area, large decking with al fresco dining area to enjoy the sunshine, and American foosball table.

Entry leads into hallway leads to open plan kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen full size oven/hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and air fryer.
Homely lounge with TV/Freeview, double sofa bed and doors leading to outside decking area.

COSY CABIN

Fantastic place to stay

The property was one of the best I have ever stayed in. It made for a perfect Christmas with people of all ages.The swimming pool and hot tub were brilliant as were all areas of the property

Communication and check-in was great. Wifi worked brilliantly. Pool and hot tub were great but the cold water tub wasnt useable as quite green and slimy. Bed mattresses were quite thin so we found them uncomfortable but the massage chair was great! Overall, the rooms a lot smaller than expected, i think the photos are a little deceiving, but the walks and wildlife are beautiful.

Fab stay would go back

Absolutely brilliant but would more suit 6 than 8 and only one bathroom only down side but the place location etc was amazing the pool was a huge hit with the kids and we spent the whole 3 days outside Perfect family holiday x

Lovely clean accommodation with great facilities

We were a large family group with an age range of 13-83. The property was immaculately clean with Great facilities. The pool and hot tub were fabulous extras and worth it as was the extra space in the garden rooms. The only downside was just one bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen facilities excellent, made full use of oven and airfryer etc.Beds need to be looked at, bedding was spotless but the actual beds were not as comfortable as you would expect at this level.Internally very clean but ouside needs some work, veranda was not swept felt very gritty underfoot, grass was long and not well kept.It would be a good idea to provide floor or ceiling fans as we visited in a heatwave and all buildings became very hot and stuffy.Lacked any information on local facilities and no welcome pack, reading reviews from earlier this year welcome packs had been left for guests.All in all the kids loved the pool and the walks around the lakes.
