The bedroom has an easy clean LVT floor covering, topped with a number anti slip quality rugs from the store Fishpools, all giving the room the feel of extra comfort, style and a sense of warmth. The king size bed is Victorian with springs (all fully refurbished) along with a memory foam SIMBA mattress. The pillows and duvet are from the Premier Inn shop and the bed linens are made from excellent cotton. The bed is finished with an array of themed cushions and throws. Spare pillows are located in the built in wardrobe at the foot of the bed as is/are a blanket, dressing gown robes and slippers.

Nestled in the bedroom is a luxury nickel plated copper freestanding bath with shower head attachment, together with ample seating and storage and a surprising character full golden en-suite containing a wash basin and toilet. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided.

Georgina (10 Shilling Street), is so named after Georgina Fairholme the famous interior decorator known as the “doyenne of English Country Style” who lived in the property for 17 years until just recently.

Georgina sleeps 2 adults & is located in the heart of Lavenham being situated just off the Market Square & near to the High Street, SO, very close to all amenities including village pubs, restaurants & shops of every kind. Parking is available outside the cottage.

1 - The living room has LVT flooring, covered in part with a top quality over dyed rug giving the room additional comfort, style & a sense of warmth, as does the flame effect fire. The sofa is soft leather with the other furnishings being a blend of antique, boutique & contemporary. The free wifi 55” Ruko TV is located opposite the sofa & can connect to your smart phone. The living room is complete with a selection of books, games guides & maps.

The dining area embraces a small table for up to 3 people & is suitable for eating & working.

The kitchen is new with all the desirable conveniences including coffee machines, cafetière & cleaning materials. Coffee, tea, sugar etc., along with a welcome pack come as standard.

The ground floor bathroom has a: walk in shower; significant towel rail for keeping the fluffy towels nice & warm; & a spectacular silver WC & wood toilet seat. Complimentary toiletries are included.

2 - The master bedroom & ensuite also have LVT floor covering, along with a number of best quality sumptuous rugs.
