- Grocery store and cafe on the same street.
- Traditional neighborhood trade area 5 minutes walk away, with all kinds of shops and restaurants.

PORTUGUESE WINES:
- The wine prices are displayed in the kitchen.
- We will charge for wines consumed in person or by deducting the amount of the deposit fee.

1. Late Check-in (until 24h and after 24h):
- 45€ until midnight
- 65€ after 24h
2. Security deposit: 250€
3. Door opening (loss of keys)
• Prices weekdays:
- 40€ until 20h
- 60€ until 24h
- 120€ after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays adds 20€.
• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the values presented.
4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Travel to aid in the handling of appliances (when not justified):
- 40€ until 20h
- 60€ until 24h
- 120€ after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays adds 20€.
6. Missing or damaged articles after the stay is charged (security deposit).
7. Late check out (unauthorized, or previously agreed): 70€ after 11am.
