The living room has a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, side table, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

Returning to the entrance, we find the bedroom on the right, with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower, located next to the bedroom.

The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment.

The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of ​​Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment.
