Located in Woolwich, there is plenty to see and do on your doorstep and also great transport links nearby, meaning central London is easily accessible. Equipped with all the amenites needed for a comfortable stay and with more than enough space for a couple or single traveller, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city.
The Space:
With double height ceilings, original windows and quirky features throughout, this characterful apartment offers more charm than most accommodation in the city. The spacious open plan kitchen/living space is double height with large original windows bathing the room in natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There is a corner sofa for when you need to sit down and relax with a drink, and a dining table to enjoy your home cooked meals or takeaways. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed made up with hotel linen, as well as sofa and Tv and storage space for clothes. The bathroom has a shower and bath, with clean fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use. There is high speead wifi throughout the aparartment and also a space available in the car park for guests if required.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Woolwich Arsenal, there is a huge array of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all on your doorstep. Central Woolwich, is more of a gentrified area just 10 minutes walk away, home to more upmarket restaurants, bars and Woolwich Arsenal (DLR) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line) stations, whisking you to central London within 15 minutes. From here you can also access the Thames, for a walk along the river or boat trip.
Getting Around:
As mentioned there are a number of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the apartment. Woolwich Arsenal (DLR) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line) stations are just 10 minutes walk away, with links to central London within 15 minutes. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road around the corner. London City Airport is just 2 stops away on the DLR.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
- Single sofa bed can be requested for an additional charge of £25 per night.
