Welcome to our 3-guest Montesa apartment! You will be on the first floor of a two-story building with a shared rooftop terrace with umbrellas, chairs, and tables. You will have a street view with a park in front in this quiet area of Malaga. There is only one apartment per floor, so the rooftop is only shared with one more apartment, and there is no elevator.

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom has a double bed with a fan, and there is a single sofa bedi n the living room. Hot water is provided with solar panels. Free 300 MB WiFi is offered.

Nearby, there is a gym with a heated pool, an 8-minute walk away (600 meters), and a supermarket, a 4-minute walk away (280 meters).

Montesa is located in a local area of Malaga, 700 meters from Huelin beach and 500 meters from Malaga's central train station, Maria Zambrano. It is a quiet area, but you have restaurants, bars, Huelin Park, and also the port if you walk a little further. As soon as you reach the river (800 meters), the city center begins, and from this point, you will have +1000 meters to the Cathedral of Malaga, +600 meters to the Atarazanas Market (highly recommended), +850 meters to Calle Larios, the main shopping street, and +1.3 km to the Picasso Museum.

Several buses near the apartment also take you to the city center. If you have time during a multi-day stay, you can take the direct train from the main train station, Maria Zambrano, to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Plaza Mayor (the largest shopping center in Malaga), etc. It departs every 20 minutes until around 11 p.m. There are several paid parking options very close to the apartment. The price usually ranges between 18 and 25 euros per day. Don't forget to try the beach bars in Huelin, where you can also rent sunbeds.

Extras

The crib has an additional cost of €5.00 per day.The baby kit (crib, bath, high chair) has an additional charge of €10.00 per day.

You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the apartmentwith an extra cost of €50.

Please note

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.

You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.

You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Malaga).

Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don't forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.

Please be reminded that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.
