Cranleigh also has a Leisure Centre with a small soft play area, 25m indoor pool, gym & squash, an Arts Centre and a golf course accessed at the Cranleigh Golf & Country Club. The large village also includes a medical practice, dentists and opticians. There is a children's play park behind the Leisure Centre at Snoxhall (playing) Fields.
