Welcome to our beautiful Holiday Home in Newquay. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

3 bedroom Holiday Home, with plenty to offer giving stunning views of the valley from the decked balcony.

Fully equipped holiday home. You’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Located in Newquay Cornwall. This resort has plenty to offer with onsite corner shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (season permitting), cafe, park, clubhouse and restaurant. Just a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and ideal location for easy travel to top tourist attractions. Close by to the airport and easily accessible by car.

This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is an en-suite toilet and sink to bedroom 1.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay less stressful.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is a drive for 2 cars. Indoor Swimming pool, Laundrette and hairdressers/beauty salon open all year round.

2 Small/medium sized well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of GBP25 per dog per stay.

Dogs must not be left alone in the holiday home and we ask that you please do not allow them on the furniture or beds.

A damage deposit of GBP50 will be taken prior to stay and refunded upon checking out once cleaners have checked the property.
