Debussys Guest House - 2 bed and 2 bathroom, near Saffron Walden

Debussys Guest House is a self contained two bedroom cottage in the grounds of our house 'The Lavenders' in Lower Green, Wimbish. Some might call it an annex but we like to think of it as a home from home for our visitors who stay with us. ​ Upstairs is a full lounge area with free WiFI, Sky TV including Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV - all free for you to use during your stay and a full working kitchen for you to cook that evening meal and breakfast. You can also have full use of a BBQ in the summer months to cook up some delights whilst sitting in the dedicated garden with a sun downer. ​ The master bedroom upstairs sleeps two adults and has a full en-suite with shower facilities and downstairs has a single bedroom suitable for an adult or a child. Again there is a full en-suite to this bedroom. We can also provide a travel cot or an additional mattress if you have more children. ​ When you book with us, you have full use of the whole house in the single price you pay.

We are a professional couple who have recently moved to the area and into our beautiful new home. Debussys Guest House is a detached cottage in the grounds of our house.
We love the peace and tranquility of where the property is and love all the wildlife around us. Dont be surprised to see Deer, Pheasants, Rabbits wondering through the grounds. The beautiful market towns of Saffron Walden and Thaxted are about ten minutes away. Stansted Airport is about a 30 minutes drive and the university town of Cambridge about 20. There are some beautiful walks around us and we have some electric bikes for rent (two) if you prefer an easier ride around the area.
