The townhouse is located near Praia de São Rafael Beach in Albufeira just 10 minute walk to the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
The space
Quiet and peaceful, the townhouse has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
Leading from the dinning room is a spacious private balcony to Dine-Al Fresco, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one sofa bed for two extra sleeps, the townhouse is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Lounge, with 1 sofa bed for two extra sleeps, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LED television, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units, flat screen LED television.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LED television which receives several english TV channels, Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathrooms have overhead shower, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, shutters for windows, doors to balcony.

Free private parking in front of the townhouse.
