The stay was fine. Some of the standard check in as was sent in our video didn't apply since we were a family. Parking was close and the property is in walking distance to many areas of the city we wanted to see. Over all it was a good stay.

Nice Location Weird Locks
The Location was great. But the place is not brand new. It's nice, but not brand new and when we got there we were locked out of all the bedrooms. We were not given the codes with our checking instructions and we had to call in. Then we could not get the upstair shower to turn on and we messaged them through what app and nobody got back to us so everyone had to shower downstairs.

WiFi did not work
The WiFi was not working during our entire stay. The manager said he would have it fixed on the second day but instead sent the housekeeper to check it out. She could do nothing so it remained off the entire stay which meant no computer access or television. Not worth the price if there isn’t any internet.

Very Disappointing Accommodation
We were severely disappointed in this rental and the communication.
On arrival first thing we were met with was a kitchen that was falling apart. The kickboard had fallen off onto the floor, while the dishwasher door had been removed off, and there was a note that said it was out of order, do not use.
We then realized all the bedrooms had individual lock boxes we had to open to get a key to enter each room - it made the house feel unwelcoming.
The bedrooms themselves were very uncomfortable. The downstairs bedroom was internal with no windows besides a skylight and no means for ventilation, and had a glass door to the living room, which left those in the downstairs bedroom feeling exposed Upstairs, the large bed was basically unusable - I’ve never felt a mattress like it. It was so thin, and every single spring could be felt digging into you. The bed couldn’t be used.
Both bathrooms appeared to be recently renovated but both had cleanliness issues they had dirt in the corners, dirty ring marks in the bathroom cabinet, the shower room upstairs was covered in hair on the floor and surfaces, and there was a sharp shard of plastic a broken soap dish . Our towels were also very stained.The management became entirely unresponsive. After one of the worst nights sleep we’ve all had in a long time, we ended up leaving the following morning. Overall, I’ve had good experiences staying at VRBO rentals in the past, but this was dismal and I would not recommend staying here.

Please note that the dishwasher is not mentioned on our website and should not be expected by guests as it is not included in the listed amenities. However, we regret that the state of the kitchen upon your arrival was not up to standard.
Regarding the key safe boxes in each room, we have these for the safety of all our guests. As this is a shared accommodation, we often have different guests in different rooms, and the key safe boxes ensure security and privacy for everyone.
We apologize that you found the bedrooms uncomfortable. The downstairs bedroom, with its skylight and glass door to the living room, is designed to offer natural light, but we understand that it may have felt exposed and lacked ventilation. We will review this to see how we can improve the comfort and privacy of this room.
We regret that the upstairs bed was uncomfortable and that the cleanliness of the bathrooms did not meet your expectations. We take these issues very seriously and would have addressed them immediately if we had been informed upon your check-in. Your feedback helps us to identify areas where we can make improvements.

Lovely accommodations in a great location
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this nicely updated apartment. Bathrooms and kitchen were fairly modern and bedrooms were comfortable. We had some challenges using the heat as we are from the states and are not familiar with the type of heat. And we had some challenges contacting the host so we were not able to use the heat. And the listing indicated parking was available but a permit was required so we had to find alternative parking. Overall a good rental.
