Our cozy apartment is located in an intimate comlpex on
Kato Paphos. There is a park nearby, and within 5 minutes
walk you reach beach and port with many tavernas, shops
and archaeological sites.
The apartment is premium standard, properly looked after
and finished with excellent quality. It ensures comfortable
stay and leisure for adults and children.
The apartment comprises in hall, and living room area with
lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The door in
the living room open onto a separated, private balcony with
a wonderful view to the pool and the adjacent sunbathing
patio and the park. There is also a bedroom with a large bed
and a spacious wardrobe, bathroom with a shower.
Within the apartment complex you can exclusively use
swimming pool, sun loungers, and a shower. The complex has
also parking space, and there are enough street parking
places outside of the building.

The development is maintained to a very high standard and offers great convenience for mini markets, beaches, bars and restaurants as well as tourist attractions. Paphos sea front and harbour with a variety of bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away. Most restaurants and bars are privately owned and that personal touch still shines through.
