Recently constructed architect designed home with 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area with outside patio. Two of the bedrooms have their own private terrace with mountain views. Kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances.
Located on the edge of the village of Alajar, Casa Antonio has the advantage of countryside views and privacy while being only a short walk from the village's shops, bars and restaurants.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The kitchen comes with all new Bosch appliances – oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The house is equipped with the latest aerothermic heating and cooling system which provides a comfortable indoor temperature all year round. In the summer the radiators provide air conditioning and in winter heating all controlled thermostatically.

As an ancient white Moorish hilltop village Alajar is full of interesting architecture with small narrow streets and many shops, restaurants and bars, all a short walk from Casa Antonio. It’s the real Spain unspoilt by development and staying grounded in the friendly culture of the local region.
At 600 metres above sea level the altitude gives Alájar a more temperate climate than the plains below. So, although it can be warm during the day, in summer it cools off more at night than in Seville. As a result the climate supports a great variety of vegetation across the seasons. Chestnuts, olives, figs, wild mushrooms, oranges, lemons, and honey from the astonishing range of wildflowers to name just of few of the attractions that bring visitors to this part of Spain across the year.
