Welcome to our apartment!

Bright and tastefully decorated, this suite is strategically located and has all the essentials you need to have a pleasant stay in Lisbon!

The suite comes with a TV, a work desk and a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The suit has a common area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, such as
a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.

There is also a dining table where you can grab your meals.

Guests have access to the suite and the common areas.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Once a thriving port on the Tagus River, the Alcântara neighbourhood has become a busy nightlife hub. Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques, and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.

Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station: Alcantara-Terra (a 4-minutes walk).
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the apartment.

Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options and where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 smoking fee.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
