From the villa you can walk straight onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool and enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a bite to eat in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.With a large family, multiple families or is the house fully booked in the period you want? One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system that provides all places in the house with cold and warm air. But there is also a pellet stove .OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIAIn front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca there is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the grounds are completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth goes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. On the side of Villa Alegria there is a nice lounge set. Debit will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHSVilla Alegria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from 1 November to 31 March. The villa uses heating by means of a pellet stove and air conditioning (hot/cold). A bag of pellet granules is available locally for approximately €9 per bag. You will use approximately one bag per day. In the period from November to March, the rental price is € 1495 per 4 weeks. If the rental period falls during the (Dutch) Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 150 per week applies. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
