The Space:
Situated on the ground floor of Faversham Villas building, this flat displays a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a comfortable lounge area with smart TV to relax in the evenings. Please note the TV is smart but has no terrestrial aerial. You can access Samsung TV with some 'live' online channels. For channels such as BBC, ITV and All 4 you will need to use the built in catch up apps from the home screen. You can also log-in to your Netflix account.

The property has 2 king-sized bedrooms, both with a hanging rail and a cosy feel. There's also a bathroom with a shower. Every detail has been handpicked to make your stay unforgettable.

This property features a patio with outdoor furniture, ideally to spend some time relaxing outside in the warm days. It's very suitable for couples, digital nomads or business travellers looking for a comfortable home away from home in the Kentish coast.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the apartment, as well as parking space for 1 car, which is located at the back of the property. The building is accessed through the main entrance and the communal corridor will take you to the apartment, which is located on the ground floor. The property also has free WI-FI throughout.

The Neighborhood:
Ramsgate is a seaside town in the district of Thanet in east Kent, England. It was one of the great English seaside towns of the 19th century. In 2001 it had a population of about 40,000. Ramsgate’s main attraction is its coastline, and its main industries are tourism and fishing. The town has one of the largest marinas on the English south coast, and the Port of Ramsgate provided cross-channel ferries for many years.

Getting Around:
There is lots of public transport in Ramsgate if you wished to venture further into the Kent mainland, however if you were planning on staying exclusively in Ramsgate, most things will be within waking distance.
