The property is an all ensuite 2nd floor 3-bedroom apartment in a quiet and secure estate close to Apo-Shoprite, Apo legislative quarters, and about 5m from the central business district. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with high-speed fibre broadband Internet WiFi and a 24-hour solar-powered electricity. The speed of the Internet Wifi, the constant electricity, and the cleanness and serenity of the apartment "are reasons why you'd fall in love with the apartment," according to our guests.
The apartment is spacious and airy with interiors tastefully finished with satin white paint on the walls, a well-lit PoP ceiling with fan, air conditioning, and smart TVs. The rooms are ensuite with hotel-styled white goods, while the kitchen is complete with a microwave oven, gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
The lounge is fully set for lounging and/or working as it is equipped with ergonomic work desks and chairs, and there are safety cameras in the public areas of the apartment.

I love the view from the balcony overlooking the driveway and the entire city. I bought a pair of binoculars and I enjoy viewing lovely landmarks of Abuja from the balcony: the Games Village, the Millenium Park, the National Stadium, many lovely skyscrappers, etc.
In addition to the above, the apartment is hugely ventilated and calm, making work and studies very enjoyable.
My guests will enjoy the uninterruptible power supply and the superfast Internet Wifi that have made my apartment my own first choice for remote work whenever I'm in the country.
