SPACE
You’re welcomed directly into the kitchen/dining room which opens into the living room at the back of the house. A door opens to a corridor where both ground floor bedrooms and the family bathroom are, and there’s a back door to the garden. Wooden stairs, with a handrail and a fixed stair gate at the bottom, rise directly to the first-floor landing and main suite.. Wood effect floors run through the whole of the ground floor with rugs adding warmth.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Kitchen unit wrap around one end of this well-equipped room which has a built in oven, ceramic hob with extractor, an under counter fridge, an upright fridge/freezer (four shelves and veg drawer/three deep drawers) a dishwasher, a washing machine (clothes horse for drying), a Magimix Nespresso machine (please bring your own pods), and the essential kettle and toaster.
The farmhouse style table has six chairs and there’s a bar stool to perch on whilst chatting to the chef beside the butchers block which gives extra workspace.
LIVING ROOM
Two openings lead from the kitchen/dining room into this generous living space where doors open to the garden and a wood burner keeps you cosy in the cooler months. Three sofas give ample room for all six guests to relax with a book from the bookcase or watch a DVD with a good selection for all ages to choose from. There’s also a desk and chair to inspire you to keep a journal of your stay.

Light streams in through French doors which open onto the rarely used farmyard. The rooms furnished with a king size bed, attractive bedside tables, a wardrobe, dressing table and additional cabinet so you can unpack fully and make yourselves at home.

Located on a farm in rural Suffolk, this holiday home has its own secluded garden bordered by a hedge for privacy with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, or simply chilling with a good book. Guests are also welcome to stroll around the owners massive garden and make use of the fun climbing frame, trampoline, outdoor games and perhaps even feed the chickens. There's secure parking for a couple of cars at the front and additional parking at the side if needs be.

A ramp is provided for access into the front of the building and can be used at the back too. There are double doors both front and back, as well as and extra two exits. The door between the living area and the bedrooms is 74cm/29inches wide. The opening between the kitchen and living room is 78cm wide, just over 30inches The ground floor shower room has a lip of 9cm/3.5inches. Bedroom two has sufficient space at the side of the bed for manoeuvring a regular sized wheelchair.
