LUXERY 4 Bed Villa (Sleeps 9)- Big Heated Pool - Air Con - DESIGNED for FAMILY'S

The Villa is a modern newly built property finished in 2022 with a large (*Heated*)12m pool in a nice quite tranquil area of Esentepe, in Northern Cyprus just 2 minutes from the sea.
The villa has been designed by its UK owners for families.
Lots of shade and safe for the kids.

The property comprises of two parts -
Main 2 Bed Villa and 2 Bed Pool House - 4 bedrooms in total. (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs)
There is also a brand new fold up single bed, so villa can sleep 9 people plus a baby ( we have cot available ).
No expense has been spared in creating this gorgeous villa and it is equipped with everything you need to have the best holiday possible.

The main villa is detached and comprises of two upstairs bedrooms both with en-suite.
The master bedroom has a large queen size bed with memory foam mattress, en suite bathroom with shower and a view you will fall in love with as the whole room is glass with sliding doors onto a balcony to sit and relax with amazing sea views.
There is also a 32inch smart TV with Netflix.

The rear upstairs bedroom comprises two large size single beds with en suite bathroom.

Downstairs is a lounge, dining room and kitchen all open plan. It has a large corner couch and a 65inch Samsung Oled TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Disney and You Tube apps.
There is also a downstairs toilet. Air Purifier.

The kitchen comprises of everything you need for up to 8 people. It has all appliances including oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine dish washer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker.

Now the pool house, which has two bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in shower.
The front bedroom has a large king size bed with sliding patio doors overlooking the pool.
The rear bedroom has two large size single beds and sliding doors on to the rear patio area. There is also a 32inch smart TV with Netflix app.

All four bedrooms in the property have Bosch Air Conditioning and also ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot evenings. The AC units can also produce heat if its in the colder months when you are there, and they do warm the rooms nicely.
All windows have black out blinds, net curtains and fly screens fitted throughout.

Outdoors there is a abundance of high quality rattan furniture with two dining sets and 6 sun beds with two large 4m parasols.

The pool is 12m in length and has been designed for family’s and children as the deep end is only 1.4m deep and the shallow end has a nice area where the kids can just sit in and play safely.
There is also an outside shower which is hot and cold and situated next to the pool to make showering easy when you have had a swim.

We have also installed two electric awnings that can shade the pool on those hot summer days. Operated by remote control and contain 60 led lights these are great to shade the pool in the day to keep the kids safe from the sun, but also great for night time as well so you enjoy the pool when its dark on those summer nights.

Travel cot, high chair and car seat are also provided upon request.

In my opinion when visiting northern Cyprus I would advise hiring a car as things are scattered around and there is so many amazing things to see, but it all depends what you want from your holiday. If you want to visit places and site see then you need a car.
However if you just want to stay near the pool and sun bath then we are very lucky to have some amazing places to eat, drink and relax close to the villa -

5 minute walk - ROYAL PIZZA - You can order by whats app and then go and collect.
5 minute walk - SIVIL SAVUNMA - Turkish Restaurant & Bar overlooking the sea and they have an amazing swimming pool with seating areas.
10 minute walk - DIVA (Chinese) Restaurant & Bar - Overlooking sea and serves nice food and takeaway.
10 minute Walk - CALI Pub - A brand new Irish Bar serves drinks and food - Has all the LIVE UK Sports
10 minute walk - GUL Supermarket - Serves everything you need, including English food, drinks, beach goods etc
10 minute walk - ESENTEPE BEACH - A nice beach which is nice to relax and also for great for the kids and you can buy food and drink and hire sun loungers, free Changing rooms, WCs and Showers
10 minute walk - HILLTOWN BEACH CLUB ( Located on Esentepe beach) This is a brand new gorgeous place, serves food and drinks from 9 am until late, also has a pool. If you visit Hilltown once you will definitely be going back.

*Please note that some of the above places may not be open all year round.*

All these are within walking distance. We will provide a full list of directions and also recommend some other places that can be visited by car in a welcome pack at the villa.

Sterling, Euro and TL is widely accepted at all shops and restaurants.

*What’s app* is the thing everyone uses in northern Cyprus, so ideally download it before you arrive and you can keep in contact with the owners and agents in case of any issues, but also great if you need to book a pizza delivery or book a table at a restaurant or book a taxi.
Goggle maps is what everyone uses for directions in TRNC, so make sure you have the app on your phone.

We can arrange all your airport transfers with a local taxi firm that we use ourselves.
Currently as of *APRIL 2024* - Larnaca return £180 / Ercan return £100
We can also arrange car hire from a local firm in the village, small £30 a day or medium £40 a day, people carrier where available are around £100 a day.
All can be delivered to the villa for you and then collected when you are finished.
Whatever you need we can arrange for you.

HEATED POOL is extra - Like most places in the world now electric is expensive.
We can heat for the pool for your stay at a constant 28 degrees however extra cost will be £20 per day (we can only do this for the whole of your stay, not odd days as it takes 2 days to heat up)

We have spent many weeks and months in the villa since it has been built and we just love it. Northern Cyprus has such a slow pace of life and it is so relaxing.
