VILLA IRILENA - 4BDR BEACH HOUSE

A modern villa with traditional features in the beautiful Gennadi Village in South Rhodes. Only 300metres from the beach, the villa is ideal for couples, families with young children, who enjoy swimming, sunbathing and having relaxed vacation during holidays.
The space
This is a two-floor, fully renovated villa. On the ground floor there is a large area where you can find the kitchen, dining area and lounge room with two sofas and an armchair looking at the fire place. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment or work. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom.

On the first floor you can find two rooms with double beds, the master bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, spacious with balconies and have large closets for storage. Mattresses are high quality for your maximum sleeping experience!

In the exterior there is a large veranda which is an ideal spot to sit and enjoy an al fresco meal in the summer. There is also a BBQ for organising your special summer family events. Parking spot is also available inside the property.
Guest access
Guests may have access to all spaces inside the villa, as well as the exterior common spaces. There is one parking spot under the shadow but there is also plenty of space in front of the property for a second car

Early check in and check out will be subject on availability. If you have a flight too early then make sure you have also booked the night before to avoid double booking and confusion.

The cleaning costs charged, concern only the costs before your arrival. They are not for daily or weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning during your stay, please comtact me and I will send a cleaner for an extra charge subject to availability.
