This peaceful 4 bedroom villa with sea views is located just 5 minutes from both Benalmadena Pueblo and the sea! The property is idyllically located for families looking to spend days lying around their own private swimming pool, whilst still only being a short drive away from all the shops, restaurants, bars and golf courses that Benalmadena has to offer!

This is one of the few properties along the whole coast to have a heated fresh water swimming pool that can be enjoyed all year round!

Villa Lucia is a stunning 4 bedroom villa accommodating 12 people. It is located on a private urbanisation very close to vast sandy beaches, world-class golf courses and the picturesque village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Benalmadena is the complete holiday destination, only 2 1/2 hours from the UK. It boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and is a popular winter destination as well as a summer hot spot.

The fully air conditioned villa stands on a large plot with 4 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and includes all the facilities and comforts of home. The lounge has satellite TV offering live sport, on demand services and over 1000 channels. The upstairs terrace has fantastic sea views and is an ideal place for alfresco dining and enjoys all day sun! On the ground floor terraces guests will also be able to enjoy a game of table tennis or pool!

The Villa is one of the few properties to boast a heated, fresh water swimming pool (available at an additional cost of 250 euros per week.) Without the use of chlorine it you can rest assured that there will be no more stinging eyes or bleached swimming costumes. The stunning gardens comprise of a wonderful sun terrace with sun beds and fruit garden.

The villa has four beautifully furnished double bedrooms sleeping 10 people in total. We are also able provide 2 further single beds at additional cost. Each bedroom has a large fitted wardrobes and two have en suites. There is a further family bathroom in the villa as well as a wash-room next to the dining room. A centralised air conditioning system ensures you will never be too hot or cold and there are no noisy motors to keep you awake.

Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:

9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros

For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
