Apartment situated in the Torremar building in Cascais. It's the only apartment situated in the 14th floor (top one). The swimming pool is situated on the 13th floor and the access to the apartment is done from there. You have a supermarket (SACO) in the next building. Cascais bay, with all the beaches is at less than 2Km, aprox. 15 min walking, Casa da Guia at aprox. 1 Km and Guincho Beach at 6 Km. Free parking places are available around the building.

To access the apartment you go until the top floor by elevator (13th), where the swimming pool is, and then you go up by the stairs until the 14th floor where the apartment is located (the only apartment on that floor).
Entering the apartment you have at your left side the bedroom with the modern bathroom ensuite featuring a shower cabinet. There are electric shutters from inside the apartment to close the light. For your comfort there is climatization in the bedroom, providing both hot and cold air.
Infront you have the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, oven/microwave, vitroceramic stove and a full size fridge and freezer. All the equipments and materials are high quality.
To the right side you have the living room with a sofa, table and chairs and a flatscreen TV with cable channels. There is also a cozy electric fireplace for the winter cold days and to create an additional atmosphere. The living room also has climatization, providing both hot and cold air. The balcony is accessible through the living room and has outside furniture so that you enjoy the unique view the apartment has to offer. Whether eating a snack or a full meal or drinking a glass of wine the view will take your breath away. There are also electric shutters in the window facing the balcony.
Wifi is available throughout the apartment.
