It is a beautiful duplex with two bedrooms and a bathroom, with a private terrace, located in a historic building in the center of Granada, which has been completely restored, respecting the architectural elements of the facade.
Upon entering the apartment we directly access the living room, decorated with quality furniture and which has a 1.50 cm double sofa-bed, side table, chairs and 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people. This room is very bright because it has 3 balconies with views of Mesones Street and Placeta de Santo Cristo.
Next to the living room we find the first bedroom, very spacious and bright thanks to two balconies that overlook Mesones Street and Caldereros Street. It has a double bed of 1.60 x 2 m and a large built-in wardrobe.
Next to the bedroom, and with access from the living room, is the spacious bathroom with a shower. It also has natural light thanks to a balcony that overlooks Caldereros Street.
Going up the stairs, we find the private terrace of the apartment, which has outdoor furniture with an area of armchairs and a dining area.
Right next to the terrace is the second bedroom, also with a 1.60 x 2 m double bed. It is very bright as it has two windows facing the terrace.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. In addition, despite being completely exterior, the balconies have double window, guaranteeing the rest.
As it is a historic building, it does not have an elevator.
The area of the apartment is perfect to visit the city on foot, as it is in the heart of Granada, just a few steps from the main tourist attractions of the city. In addition, the area has many shops, restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy authentic Andalusian cuisine.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
