Finely furnished apartment in the heart of Ballarò, a neighborhood in Palermo where the most ancient market of the city is held.

The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, spreads over two floors and is accessible from the terrace provided with a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the open air. From here, there are two entrances: the first one opens onto the kitchen fully equipped with all amenities including an oven and a kettle, while the second one accesses the living room fitted with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a sofa. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a French-size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, and an additional bathroom. A staircase leads to the mezzanine floor which consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, and the second terrace. An additional bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Guests will benefit from the air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, the independent heating and the wi-fi connection on the first level of the apartment.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
