Hayling Island is renowned for its sailing activities and windsurfing with lessons available close by. Every year there is a national windsurfing event and a plethora of sailing and nautical activity can be seen along the coastline. The owner lives in the self contained annexe part of the property.The double sofa bed is for 2 children. Bedroom 6 is accessed externally and the second lounge area is accessed through the ground floor bedroom. The pool is open from May to the end of September, weather permitting.
