Located on the ground floor in a very lively area of Porto, full of great restaurants and just around the corner from one of Porto’s main music venues, Coliseu do Porto.

This is a very cozy Mezzanine Studio, located at the ground level with all the amenities and comfort you would expect. The studio has two levels, once you enter, you will have a social area with the living/dining room and the kitchenette. Taking the stairs down, it will take you to the bedroom and bathroom.

Guest Access:
This amazing apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated historical residential building.

Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival. We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.

After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.
- For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation

The Neighborhood:
In a very typical and hearty location right in the downtown area of Porto, close to all the main attractions, sightseeing's and famous local restaurants. A step away from Aliados avenue, Batalha square, Majestic Cafe and São Bento Train and metro station! This part of downtown offers a wide range of services, whether in restaurants, grocery stores or small shopping centers. Most famous concert hall in Porto, Coliseu is just a 2min walk away and Praça dos Poveiros, known for its variety of restaurants, it's just 100m away :)!

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa" at the Arrivals Hall €30 up to 2 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO
Line E (purple, direction Estádio do Dragão) and you get off at Trindade station. This costs 2€/person and will take 24 minutes on the metro followed by a 10-minute walk to the apartment.

CAR
If you are traveling by car, there is an indoor parking space just down the street.
There is always street parking (payable).

TRAIN
The closest train station is Campanhã and you can get the metro from there to the apartment. The closest metro station is Trindade, 10 minutes walking from us.
