The living room has a sofa that can become a bed for one person, TV, and dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. The cozy open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large closet, and a chest of drawers for storing your luggage. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet.



OUTDOOR SPACES:

The apartment has a small balcony where you can have breakfast or coffee.

The property has a communal washer and dryer in the building and a vacuum cleaner in flat.

The JOIVY apartment is located in Corniglia, in the Cinque Terre region of Liguria.



Corniglia is the central town of the Cinque Terre and stands on a rocky promontory about 100 meters high in a basin full of lush vineyards.

The property is located in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 5-minute walk from the village and the belvedere. In addition, the ancient Blue Trail passes a short distance from the apartment and is ideal for a walk in the green Ligurian coastal landscape.

The property has on-site private parking in the garage available for guests.

The nearest bus stop is a few minutes\' walk from the property.

Milan can be reached in 3.5 hours by car, while Genoa is about 2 hours\' drive from the apartment.

House Rules

JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.

Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Keep the property clean and tidy.

Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
