Getting Around:
Due to only being issued with limited permits per year we are unfortunately unable to offer permits to all guests. Please contact us prior to booking as we may be able to provide these, however this is not guaranteed.

Street parking is available outside the apartment, however between the times of 11am - 12pm (1 hour per day) Monday - Friday a parking permit is required but does not apply on weekends.

The closest place to park for free is Lanhydrock Rd PL4 9DN. This is a 4 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the apartment.

Having a car is by no means essential as so much is within easy walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
★ Furbabies are welcome but there is an extra charge of £10 per night per pet - please get in touch with us if you plan to bring your pet(s)

★ Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety

★ No parties are to be held in the house especially hen or stag events. If any noise complaints are received from neighbouring property or there is evidence of a party having taken place on checkout a claim of £150 will be charged for violation of the hosting rules

Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts have plenty of experience of welcoming guests to Devon and the West Country, so expect to be well looked after throughout your stay. You’ll be left to enjoy the apartment but will always be able to call on your hosts if you have questions or require assistance.
