Our welcoming home-from-home villa is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. A traditional Spanish villa located in the Valencian countryside that’s cosy enough for couples yet large enough for reunions of families or friends, whether you’re looking for a long weekend break or a longer duration stay.

This gorgeous four-bedroomed detached villa set in its own private, lush garden designed for relaxing and contemplation, complete with 5m x 8m private pool, occupies a plot of 1025m2 on the exclusive La Torre de Porta Coeli estate with gated 24-hour security. Located in Serra in the Valencian countryside, it is within easy reach of the La Sierra Calderona Natural Park yet just 27kms from Valencia airport. The nearest town of Betera is 10kms away where a modern air-conditioned Metro takes you into the centre of Valencia in just 30 minutes.

La Torre de la Porta Coeli has its own bakery with coffee shop, mini-supermarket, grocer, pharmacy, nail salon, hairdresser and two restaurants so for those who prefer not to venture far, this is perfect for a short break.

If you enjoy two wheels rather than four, there is a single trail cycle track outside the urbanization where, depending on your fitness level, you can access some fantastic mountain bike trails. Perhaps you’d prefer to explore one of the many walking and hiking trails into the countryside or Natural Park and immerse yourself in nature or relax over a round of golf at the renowned Escorpion Golf Club, just 3km away.

Beautifully furnished and spread over two floors, three of the four bedrooms - each with king sized wooden sleigh beds and built-in wardrobes - are located on the first floor together with the main bathroom which has a large corner bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom boasts a separate dressing area plus its own private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. A fourth bedroom with a double sofa bed and built-in wardrobe is located on the ground floor, together with the second bathroom which has a modern, walk-in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning that can also be used as a heater in the colder months, plus large wooden ceiling fans - perfect for creating a cooling breeze.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with AEG halogen hob and oven, Bosch kettle and toaster, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, large BEKO fridge freezer, crockery, cooking utensils and a 6-seater breakfast table and chairs. An external utility room houses an Indesit dishwasher and AEG washing machine. 

A separate, more formal dining room seats 6-persons and provides additional space which, together with its built-in bar, is ideal for indoor entertaining.

The comfortable lounge, complete with open fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings and opens out directly onto the front terrace with its views of the garden and pool. 

Unlimited, private, fibre optic Wi-Fi** is included with a speed of 1000MB. A Smart, 55” inch flat screen TV allows you to use your HBO or Netflix accounts, plus a DVD player and small library of English DVDs* provide additional home comforts together with a selection of English books* and a Games Chest available for you to enjoy during your stay.
The covered terrace at the front of the house overlooks the garden, pool and water feature, with a luxurious 8-seater table and chairs and a gas fired BBQ. The centre of the table can be used as an ice bucket, cooking area or fire pit depending on your mood, with a large wooden ceiling fan helping you stay cool during the summer months.

Sun loungers are situated around the private outdoor pool and there’s a double hammock to the rear of the garden where you can relax or escape the sun. The covered terrace at the rear of the property provides another seating area, complete with a table and 4 chairs.

High quality bedding, bath towels and pool towels are provided for use during your stay and on arrival you’ll receive a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and still water. 

The driveway provides secure off-street parking for two cars behind the closed gate (maximum vehicle width 240cms and maximum vehicle height is 200cms) and there is plenty of additional free parking available on the street just outside the property.
