The Orchard Country House is a large, superbly presented holiday home resting near Rousdon close to Lyme Regis and sleeps 26 guests in 13 bedrooms.
The Orchard Country House accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 ensuite bedrooms. On the ground floor, the property features an entrance lobby, a lounge with an open fire, a separate TV lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, and a twin bedroom with a TV and ensuite shower room. There are also two cloakroom WCs on this level.
The first floor includes ten bedrooms: a mix of twin, double, king, and super king beds, each with an ensuite shower or bathroom. One additional shared bathroom with a bath and shower attachment is also available. The second floor offers two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, one of which includes a walk-in shower and corner bath.
Amenities include oil central heating, an open fire, WiFi, TVs in most bedrooms, a 6-ring gas range cooker, electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Fuel and power are included, as are bed linen and towels, with all beds made up for arrival. Logs for the fire are not included.
Outside, the property offers large private gardens with lawned areas and two patios (one covered), complete with outdoor furniture. Off-road parking is available for up to 15 vehicles. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The Orchard Country House is located near the Devon/Dorset border, just 10 minutes from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast, making it a practical and spacious base for group holidays.
