We're really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated the flat’s decor, facilities, views, and location—especially knowing how tricky parking can be in Whitby! We’re genuinely sorry, though, to hear about the unpleasant smell in the en suite bedroom. Although the flat is cleaned thoroughly, we understand how off-putting that must have been and will investigate the issue right away to ensure it’s fully resolved for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the check-in process. While we aim to balance security with convenience by sending access details closer to arrival, we can see how the timing created some anxiety, especially while you were en route.
