This comfortable apartment is located on top, 5th floor, of a newly built building in heart of Gruž Bay. This modern and contemporary apartment rental unit consists of large open plan kitchen with living and dining area, bedroom with twin beds, master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower. Living room opens onto a spacious balcony/terrace offering sea view and furnished with outside dining table. Great spot for breakfast before heading to Old Town or beach.
Amenities include: AC(living room and bedrooms), SAT TV, free Wifi, heating, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; fully equipped bathroom with washer, walk in shower and hair dryer, completely furnished balcony with town view and a private parking spot in underground garage connected with elevator.
Building is a home of boutique Hotel Porto, so guests staying in this apartment can enjoy hotel style amenities like breakfast at hotel restaurant, please note that hotel meals are not included in the accommodation price. The apartment is located in the business district of Dubrovnik which is approximately a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the Old town with a bus stop located next to the apartment building. In a few minutes easy walk you can reach multiple restaurants, bars, supermarket as well as a grocery store and bakery, several banks, ATM machine and two department stores with a variety of shops. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment you can find an open market where you can get local fresh produce and fish, perfect if you want to have a home cooked meal. To visit the closest beach in Lapad bay it is approximately a 20 minutes walking distance or about 5 minute bus ride. Lapad bay is also a perfect spot to take a walk on its famous promenade filled with bars and restaurants as well as going for a swim at the multiple rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches located there.
