Wonderful villa and place, some defects, lame agency
The wonderful villa is very spacious and well situated with a very nice view over the lake.
We missed dishclothes and the agency wasn't able to give us anything. So we need to buy us some ourselves. The house folder requested waste separation and respect the rules for collection times. If not penalty would follow.
But the information about waste separation in the house folder was wrong so we put the wrong sort in the blue waste bin and It wasn't collected from the street. In the folder also the information about medical help for our son who has an ear infection was wrong. So we took a 2 hours car trip to Salo in evening traffic in vain. After calling the agency they gave us another place and time where to go, but it was again false. So next day we had another 2 hours trip in vain to a town farer away. Then the agency proposed to go to hospital.
I propose better not to give any information than false one. At the end we found a doctor ourselves.
At the arrival shower and lavatory tap of parents room sprayed spaciously all around, one toilet was blocked and one toilet seat was demolished. Fortunately because of the demolished seat there came a sanitary service during our stay. We asked them to repair also all other defects and this was done without any problems.
In spite of our anger because of the waste and medical informations and the missing dish towels we had a calm and joyful holiday in a wonderful house and a lot of fun in the pool. The house is top. The service could be improved.
