Welcome to my home!
A real family house in the center of Porto, with five bedrooms, three of them with double bed, one with single bed and the last one with two single beds: high quality hotel sheets will be available for free.
There is also a dining room, but we recommend the private outdoor patio to enjoy group meals, weather permitting: you won't want to miss this fantastic spot.
The fully equipped kitchen will be a great help when preparing a delicious meal: stove, oven, microwave and coffee machine are at your disposal, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine!
The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The house is 300 m from the upper deck of the Dom Luis I bridge, which can be crossed on foot, enjoying the unique and breathtaking view.
You can walk to Batalha Square and Santa Catarina Street (500 m away), as well as the traditional Bolhão Market, Aliados Avenue or the Cathedral.
Also the fantastic Funicular dos Guindais (a funicular opened in 1891) will be your neighbor: ideal to go down the steep hill, next to the Medieval Wall, connecting Batalha to the Ribeira neighborhood, located on the river bank. One of the highlights of this trip are the fantastic views of the Dom Luis I Bridge, the medieval city wall, and the various Port Wine Cellars located on the riverfront.
Don't miss the picturesque Escadas dos Guindais, to make the same descent, where you will find the Guindalense Football Club, a bar-spot popular for its views of the city.
During your stay at Guestready - Guindais Well House, you won't need to use transportation as it is located in the heart of the city!

Porto Airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

The nearest metro stations are S. Bento and Bolhão, 450m away, and there are several bus lines available within a 300m radius.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property .

Please note that there's construction in an adjacent building.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
