Please note - Building works at Harbour Reach - External building works are presently underway with scaffolding being erected on both Sandpiper House and Puffin House blocks at Harbour Reach. The works are to deal with façade, roof and balcony door / window issues. Balconies and views are impacted and there will be some noise from time to time. We are offering price reductions of 10% on guest stays during this time and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works to Sandpiper House and Puffin House are due to be completed in November 2024. We will continue to update our marketing as further details are received and update guests accordingly.
