Holiday Home Annalisa, located in Baia Verde, about 50 meters from the beaches of Gallipoli, is the ideal solution for young people; its strengths are the very close proximity to the most beautiful beach in Gallipoli and the attractions of Baia Verde, with its beach parties, as well as the presence of internal parking for 3 cars (parking outside is not allowed in the Baia Verde area) and last but not least, the size of the spaces, even outdoors, with the large veranda where you can have lunch and spend the evenings; inside, it is a practical, essential, and functional structure but basic, suitable as a starting point for wonderful days of sea and fun. The structure features a large veranda for outdoor dining, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, reserved parking in the internal area with access gate. Nearby: bars, newsstands, markets, etc.

Water, electricity, and gas consumption are included.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental cost but can be booked well in advance.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

for check-ins after 8:30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of 30.00 euros;
for check-ins from 10:00 pm to midnight, an extra cost of 50.00 euros;
for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 am, 100.00 euros.
For early check-outs, at the customer's request, and subject to acceptance, from 6 am to 8 am, an extra cost of 30.00 euros is required.
