Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.

Situated at the peak of the crescent in Beaumont Village this Bijou Apartment offers bright and airy accommodation that enjoys a southerly aspect and the warmth of the sun.

The property is accessed under the crescent archway to the front door and entrance lobby which leads to the first bedroom (kid’s room) consisting of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a SmartTV. There is also a fitted under stairs cupboard.

Upstairs, an open plan living room with dual aspect windows and Velux to the vaulted ceiling creates a bright and airy feeling. The kitchen is fitted with grey quartz work top with inset stainless steel sink unit and mixer taps over. Inset Siemens induction hob with oven under. Range of cupboards and drawers, dishwasher and wall mounted cupboards over. 60/40 split fridge freezer. Toaster and Kettle. This cottage does not come with a washing machine.

There is a two seater settee and folding table with two carver chairs and a further two stools. Wall mounted SmartTV. Slide away patio doors provide access to the generous balcony giving an excellent view of Beaumont Lake along with the Pine Ridge and Dorset countryside beyond.

Through the living room is the master bedroom with kingsize double bed with side tables and table lamps. Fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors shelving and hanging rail. Similar slide away patio doors provide additional access to the balcony.
Ensuite Shower Room: Walk in fully tiled shower, Low level WC, wall mounted wash basin and drawer under, Heated Towel Rail, Shaver Socket.

Please note the Ensuite is accessible off the master bedroom.

Outside
The property enjoys direct access to the communal gardens, fire pit and BBQ area flanked by the properties of the crescent.

Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available for ÂŁ10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking. Wi-Fi included.
Use of spa and outdoor swimming pool included.
As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.

Changeover Days: Flexible

Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
