Park City Crescent Ridge Condo ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in Park City. Die Skipisten von Park City und mehrere Sessellifte sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Wenn Sie im Winter gerade besuchen können Sie bequem zu den Pisten bekommen und im Sommer viele der fantastischen Wanderwege.

Dieses Haus bietet drei Schlafzimmer, einen Schlafboden, drei Bäder und kann bis zu acht Gäste bequem unterbringen.

Es gibt zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Tempur-Pedic-Matratzen. Jedes hat ein volles privates Bad. Ein Master-Bad verfügt über eine Whirlpool / Dusche Combo, während Sie eine Kachel Dusche und zwei Waschbecken im zweiten finden. Auch das zweite Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zum Deck.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein französisches Bett und eine private Terrasse. Das Loft verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und beide haben Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftsbad.

Das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich ein „großes Zimmer“ und bietet komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten, ein Gas-Kamin und ein Flachbild-TV mit Blu-Ray-DVD, es ist eine wunderbare Sammelstelle zu machen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Granit, einen Thermador Ofen, und einen effizienten Vierbrennerbereich. An der Küchenbar gibt es auch Platz für vier Personen.

Sie können auch im separaten Essbereich mit Platz für acht Personen speisen. Von diesem Raum aus haben Sie auch Zugang zu dem hübschen Rundum-Deck, auf dem Sie tolle Gartenmöbel, einen Grill und sogar einen beruhigenden privaten Whirlpool für fünf Personen finden. Erleben Sie die großartige Aussicht und frische Luft von diesem Deck aus, während Sie sich unterhalten.

Das Haus bietet den Komfort einer Garage für ein Auto und zusätzlichen Platz für ein anderes Auto.

Sie werden die Lage dieser Immobilie mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Park City Mountain Ski Resort, sowie der Golfplatz im Sommer lieben. Great location

Super close to the ski resort - you can either walk to the bus or take a 5 minute drive to the slopes. This place was big enough to accommodate 2 families (10 people total) with plenty of room. Kitchen has literally everything you need. It was also a great price! We would definitely stay here again.

Great winter break

Great property- had the conditions been better we would have had a much more convenient trip to the mountain but the lifts were closed nearby. Property was clean, well stocked and the mgt company was very responsive when needed .

Adorable place in an excellent location

Very well appointed with beautiful views. Walking distance to Starbucks and old town. Very nice kitchen; very clean. Code did not work to get in, but quickly resolved with rental company. Would stay again.

The condo was clean. If you like to cook rather than go out the kitchen is very small. The bathtub in the master is very high and in my opinion unsafe. Had a hard time getting the temp at night right. Got too hot. Bunk beds work for kids not adults. Our mistake. Overall, it served its purpose but wouldn’t go back.

Great Place!

We had a family trip and 9 of us stayed at this condo and had a great time! We had 5 adults and 4 teens. It has a nice, big patio with trees and a hot tub to enjoy. It was very close to main street and shopping. To access this condo, you do have to climb quite a few sets of stairs, but that was not a problem for us. Overall great stay, loved Park City!

10 out of 10 Location for our Ski Trip

Very friendly and communicative staff. Location was 10/10. We came in March to go skiing and it was only a 3 minute walk in our ski boots to the snow where we could click in and ski down to the main lift. It was a 20 minute easy walk to the grocery store and roughly a 30 minute easy walk to downtown Park City. No rental car needed. Uber/Lyfts were plentiful if you needed one. Condo unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

perfect stay

Perfect week stay! Beautiful property nestled in the hill amongst aspen and fir trees. We sat on the large patio a lot, ate outdoors, and enjoyed the hot tub. The 2 en-suite master Bedrooms were perfect and private, with one extra bedroom with 4 bunk beds we did not need. The kitchen, dining, living room was lovely and had everything we needed... plus another complete bathroom on that floor! Easy walk to downtown Park City, great hiking down the road a bit and up the hill.. many trails. Also trails for mountain biking. Wonderful restaurants and shops in Park City.

Great location, not cleaned properly

This condo is located within walking distance of Park City Mountain. Very convenient. The set up of the condo is as advertised. The unit is dated and needs a refresh. The renters before us had a dog and the property was not cleaned properly. Dog hair was everywhere! The cleaning company came but it was useless at that point. Great location, ok place, needs to be cleaned better after pets.

Great place for family vacation

We spent six days on the property with extended family. The condo is perfectly set up with two primary bedrooms and a bedroom that easily accommodated 4 grown boys. The loft area had a full size pull out sofa. The hot tub was a big hit for all. The management company quickly handled any issues we had with the property. The property came with a starter kit which was helpful. The lifts would’ve been easily accessible if there was better snow conditions. We had a really memorable Christmas experience. There’s a free public transit system we used every day.

Documentation regarding condo

The instructions to get into the property were incorrect for unlocking and locking the door - it required the "check" button, not the "*" button. Directions to find the washer and dryer were vague - "at the bottom of the main condo" - it took us a while to figure out what that meant. Arriving at night was difficult because the address was well lit at all.

Winter Winderland

I love the condo, love the city. Enjoyed a peaceful abs quiet much needed time. The neighbors were so sweet abs nice and we met a few furry babies too. I would do this again if possible.

Great condo

My husband and I rented this place with our new baby, along with our friends and their baby. We didn't really get out much due to the seriousness of the pandemic during our stay, so we enjoyed having a comfortable place to cook and hang out. We were also all working quite a bit and the wifi was great, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen has everything you need.
