Located in the centre of the port, 50 metres from the beach and promenade and very close to the shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Balcony with views of the sea, the beach and Llançà port.

The apartment is on one floor and has a balcony. Large bright lounge-dining room, divided into two open areas: lounge area with sofas, TV and fireplace and access to the balcony outside, and dining area with wooden table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, juicer and tableware.

3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Long outside balcony with views of the sea, the beach and the port. Pets are welcome.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
