Our brand new, recently renovated building is located just 50 meters from the main Corso and 300 meters from the harbor.
Our apartment offers a cozy balcony with chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast with your favorite coffee or tea, accompanied by a touch of fresh air and a view of the neighborhood.

Amenities: Air conditioning, bathroom with a spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen with tableware, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, high-speed unlimited internet, and 32” smart TV.
In addition, you will be welcomed by a large and comfortable bed with goose-down pillows, a safe, an open wardrobe, and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast.

We provide a starter package for your stay’s comfort (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning spray), but you will need to purchase your own supplies once these run out.

Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person.
Extra sheets and towels can be provided for a fee.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large, soft bed, and a living room where you’ll find a comfortable sofa that easily transforms into a second double bed.
