Grifeu 08 - Apartment with outside terrace

Excellent situation, in the upper part of Grifeu, a quiet area, 1000 metres from the beach. Close to the port and the shops in the area. Big terrace with sunny and shady areas.

The apartment has an open-plan layout with kitchen, dining room and lounge together. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room is bright as it has large windows leading to the outdoor area. There is a large wooden table with chairs, sofa and TV.

The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms with two single beds and a third bedroom with two single beds together and a door leading to the patio-terrace. 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a big balcony-terrace with beautiful views, surrounded by trees which provide some shady areas, ideal for relaxing. There is also a type of porch at the entrance to the house. Views of the sea and mountains. Outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers.

Parking space in the grounds. The washing machine is in a communal room which is separate from the apartment.

Grifeu beach is one of the most important beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a large number of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
